Coat:

Course hair, normally black but sometimes brown. May be necessary to pluck the coat. Coat should never be clipped.

Ease of Training:

An Affenpinscher is normally fairly easy to train and will learn commands quite quickly.

Temperament:

Affenpinscher dogs are energetic, friendly, playful, alert, and enjoy being surrounded by people.

Exercise:

Affenpinschers are energetic dogs, they require regular exercise such as daily walks and playtime.
